Terms of Service
Effective: May 6, 2026 · v2.0
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of whofollowsme.app and socialintelligence.app (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Undisclosed Group, LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account, paying for a scan, or otherwise using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What the Service does
We sample a public account’s follower list, retrieve publicly available profile data on each follower, run heuristic and large-language-model classification, and produce a ranked report and downloadable PDFs. We do not access private accounts, private messages, private posts, story content, or any data that requires login on the source platform. We do not bypass authentication, rate limits, or technical access controls. See Privacy Policy §12 for our position on the lawfulness of public-data collection.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use will not violate any law, court order, or third-party agreement (including the terms of service of the source platform whose public data you are analyzing).
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service:
- To harass, defame, threaten, intimidate, dox, or impersonate any person.
- To collect data on private individuals for stalking or other harm.
- To make adverse decisions about a person — including hiring, lending, housing, insurance, or any other significant decision — based on Service outputs without independent human verification (see §4).
- To violate any applicable law, sanctions program, or court order.
- To scrape, copy, redistribute, or resell the underlying datasets we license from third parties.
- To attempt to bypass payment, rate limits, abuse-prevention controls, or authentication.
- To reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
- To use the output to train competing models or services without our prior written consent.
- To resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without prior written agreement.
4. Reports are estimates, not facts
Bot/suspicious-account flags, fame scores, audience-health scores, and category labels are produced by heuristic models and large-language-model classifiers. They are estimates, not facts, and they can be wrong. You must not represent any specific classification as a verified statement about any individual or account, and you must not use any output to make adverse decisions about a person without independent human verification. Where the General Data Protection Regulation Article 22 (or any analogous state law on profiling for significant decisions, including the Colorado AI Act) applies to your use of our outputs, you are responsible for the human-review and contestability obligations. See Privacy Policy §11. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
5. Payment, credits, and refunds
One-time scans are pre-paid via Stripe Checkout. Credit packs are pre-paid and redeemable for scans at the per-platform credit rate published at the time you initiate the scan. Monitor subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and are non-refundable for partial periods. We may refund and cancel a scan if the source account is private, has changed handle before the run completes, or if our upstream data providers are unavailable. Otherwise scans are non-refundable once they begin processing. Pricing may change with notice; existing credit balances retain the value paid.
6. Sharing and shared reports
When you mint a share link or generate a PDF, anyone with the link can view that report. You can revoke a share link at any time from your dashboard; once revoked, future fetches return 404 (already- downloaded copies are out of our control). We do not publish your reports without your explicit action. Shared reports may include scanned-individual data subject to Privacy Policy §10 removal rights.
7. Removal, takedown, and DMCA
Individuals whose public profile data appears in a Service report may request removal under Privacy Policy §10 — no Customer account required. Customers and others may also use the Do Not Sell or Share flow.
Copyright owners may submit DMCA takedown notices for allegedly infringing content to dmca@whofollowsme.app per 17 U.S.C. §512. Notices must include all elements required by §512(c)(3): identification of the work, identification of the material to be removed, contact info, a good-faith statement, an accuracy statement, and a physical or electronic signature.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, its UI, brand assets, code, and the proprietary scoring and classification systems are owned by Social Intelligence Labs and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service and its outputs for your own internal purposes, subject to these Terms. All third-party platform names and marks remain the property of their respective owners; nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in them.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Undisclosed Group, LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any platform’s terms of service, or (d) your use of report outputs in any way that causes harm to a third party.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event will Social Intelligence Labs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, whether based on contract, tort, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months or (b) USD $100.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these Terms, cause harm to other users, or expose us to legal risk. You may delete your account at any time by emailing the address below. On termination, sections that by their nature should survive (IP, indemnification, limitation of liability, governing law) will continue to apply.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. The U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
13. Force majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including upstream platform outages, sub-processor failures, network interruptions, government action, labor disputes, or natural disasters.
14. Assignment
You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, or by operation of law.
15. Severability and waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date and, where required, emailed to your account address. Continued use of the Service after the update constitutes acceptance.
